All The Celebrity Beauty Brands Launching In 2022
Get your wallets ready.
Celebrities’s impact on the beauty world is undeniable. Selling out products with so much as a mention (we’re looking at you, Madison Beer), it’s safe to say they hold an unparalleled power when it comes.
With the likes of Paris Hilton and Britney Spears entering the fragrance world in the early millennia (Y2K nostalgia, anyone?), celebs have now moved from collaborating with brands to founding them.
From the explosion of Kylie Cosmetics in 2015, to the trail-blazing launch of Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty in 2017, in 2022 it seems almost everyone has their own brand–or at least one in the works. Most recently, we’ve seen bonafide beauty junkie, Hailey Bieber, reach sell-out success with her launch of skincare line Rhode.
But, alas, there’s more to come! Curious of what more Hollywood has to offer? Read on to discover the celebrity beauty brands launching soon.
Kim Kardashian
Goodbye KKW Beauty! Businesswoman and media mogul, Kim Kardashian, has just relaunched her beauty empire with skincare line, SKKN by KIM. Ever the showstopper, Kardashian’s 9-product collection takes a sleek and modern approach to packaging, mimicking the interior aesthetic of her infamous Calabasas home. Featuring an eye cream, vitamin C serum, hyaluronic acid serum, exfoliator, toner and cleanser, the collection (quite literally) provides the full nine yards.
Cardi B
Rap superstar Cardi B is set to enter the beauty space soon. According to TMZ, the ‘Up’ singer trademarked the name ‘Bardi Beauty’ in 2021. While details have yet to be revealed, we can only expect the best. Known for her glamorous lifestyle and vivacity, there is no doubt her products will mirror this. Bring on the sparkle, Cardi!
Ciara
Announced via an Instagram Live with Allure, Ciara, too, is working on a beauty line. The singer took her first dip into the beauty world in 2020, launching the R&C Fragrance Duo with her husband, Russell Wilson. She is now ready to venture further into the industry with skincare being her first focus. Serving looks (and glowing skin, may we say) for the entirety of her career, we are keen to see what she will deliver.
Kris Jenner
The ultimate matriarch, Kris Jenner, is ready for a beauty range of her own. Following in the footsteps of her daughters Kim and Kylie, she has trademarked ‘Kris Jenner Beauty’, ‘Kris Jenner Skin’ and ‘Kris Jenner Skincare’. Filed earlier this year, it seems the momager will take a skin-based approach. If the success of her daughters’s business ventures are anything to go by, we may have another sell-out beauty line on the horizon.
Idris & Sabrina Elba
Keep your eyes peeled for what this dynamic duo has to deliver! After launching their wellbeing brand, S’ABLE Labs, in 2021, Idris and Sabrina Elba are working on a gender-neutral skincare line, S’ABLE Labs Skin. With an emphasis on inclusivity, it can be expected that the pair will cater to a variety of skin types and concerns.
Charli D’Amelio
Viral sensation, Charli D’Amelio, is entering the fragrance game. The TikToker will released Born Dreamer on June 26 with US retailer, Ulta Beauty. Much like D’Amelio herself, the perfume possesses a youthful charm, featuring notes of pear, jasmine, cashmere, and pink sugar. One bottle please, Miss D’Amelio.
John Legend
Aside from his stunning vocals, Mr Legend is also known for his impeccable skin. So, it comes as no surprise that he will also be launching a skin care brand. The award-winning artist has shared that the line will be created specifically with POC in mind and will target concerns such as hyperpigmentation and dryness.
