Gabriella Brooks is undoubtedly one of the It-girls of our time. A model who has appeared in Vogue and fronted publications like Love Want magazine, Brooks is a taste-maker in her own right with more than 200,000 followers on Instagram. She’s also a friend of the French fashion house of CHANEL, who hosted Brooks and other friends of the brand this week at Felix for a soirée to celebrate the iconic Coco Mademoiselle Eau De Parfum. 

Coco Mademoiselle Eau De Parfum is a bold, feminine fragrance with floral notes of amber, which has recently found its new face in Canadian actor Whitney Peak. Guests of CHANEL dined on French fare at Felix Bistro and Brasserie before disappearing into Little Felix for after dinner cocktails and karaoke. 

For the occasion, Brooks paired a plain white tank and black pants with CHANEL Calfskin Slingbacks, Metal & Diamantes Earrings and a J12 Watch. But it was her sleek beauty look that turned heads. Following the dinner, Gritty Pretty had the chance to speak with Brooks about her look for the glamorous evening, her approach to beauty and the moisturiser she can’t live without. 

What is your personal approach to beauty?
Fresh skin, clean nails, and a little lip tint is forever my favourite look.

Tell us about one of your go-to beauty products?
I wear CHANEL Rouge Allure in Alter Ego on my lips and cheeks almost every day. It’s always in my pocket.

Beauty items you pack for travel and why?
Maintaining skin health is important for me, so I make sure to stay hydrated and eat well. The CHANEL La Mousse cleanser and the N°1 DE CHANEL revitalising cream are two products I can rely on to keep my skin nourished and cared for whilst I’m on the go.

How would you describe your beauty look for the evening?
