For those unfamiliar with Raes (if that’s even possible?!), the hotel is perched on the coastal landscape of Wategos Beach in Byron Bay. With its lush tropical gardens, panoramic ocean views, and chic accommodation, this exclusive boutique retreat has become a go-to for those who want to do Byron Bay but with a sense of (serious) luxury.
Teaming up with Rationale, Raes has now launched a new range of Rationale spa packages at Spa Raes. The curated packages have been formulated with different skin goals in mind, meaning personalisation is at the heart of the offering, and there really is something for everyone. Each treatment is enhanced by the revolutionary benefits of Rationale skincare, so you’ll leave with healthier skin and a holiday-altering glow.
Among the treatments is A New Beginning facial, which includes two sessions—the first consists of a Raes Skin Consultation & Analysis, plus a Nurture & Nourish facial, and the second includes a Renew & Rejuvenate facial. The treatment options also include a package designed to treat your skin for 3 or 12 months, with targeted facials and LED sessions.
Of course, we had to take the opportunity to test it out, opting for a 2-hour treatment called Indulge & Illuminate. This was the ultimate way to unwind after arriving in beautiful Byron, starting with a nourishing firming body massage using Rationale products head-to-toe. This is the only place where you can indulge in a body massage with Rationale, making it extra special, and the lymphatic drainage movements work alongside these targeted products to have you floating out the door. Next up was a restorative facial treatment using Rationale products picked especially for me, followed by LED Light Therapy. I left the treatment feeling relaxed and with a more radiant, youthful complexion.
