1. Moisten a cotton pad and wipe onto your back/arms/chest/face/wherever the acne lives in even strokes. If you’re doing this for the first time, get ready to be equal parts disgusted and enthralled by all the sh!t (dead skin cells) that comes off.
2. Because the skin on your back is a lot thicker and resilient than your face, you can use Alpha H Liquid Gold daily on this area. Mild tingles are good, and the licorice extract and silk protein-enriched formula helps with any inflammation.
3. On your face, it’s recommended to be used on alternative days (every 2nd or 3rd day) ensuring you use a daily moisturiser with SPF in the daytime to reduce photo-sensitivity.
