6 Beauty Brands Donating To Women’s Causes You Care About

The theme for September & October is awareness.

With so many incredible campaigns and initiatives underway for women’s causes especially women’s mental and physical health, including Pink Hope , Liptember and Pink Ribbon Breakfast for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the opportunities are everywhere to do (and buy) something that matters.

Here are a few places to start:

 Frank Body

Teaming up with women’s cancer-awareness charity, Pink Hope in the month of September, the sales profits from Frank Body Lip Duo (ft. a coffee-enriched balm and lip scrub) will go towards efforts to get the charity’s important message of “know your risk, change your future” out there, while also soothing your chapped lips situation.

ABHATI SUISSE

Another goodwill beauty brand that has landed in Australia is Abhati Suisse. Look for it at your local MECCA. The Swiss-made, Indian-inspired ethical skincare company was crowdfunded three years ago and then produced by a group of top skincare and creative professionals who have their time and talents to collaborate on a project to empower girls and women. The proceeds from the sustainable, high-quality products go back into empowering the craftspeople in the Himalayas, and sending girls in India to school. So far, Abhati Suisse has sent over 120,000 girls to school, with the ambition to send 1 million by 2025. That’s some good spending karma.
