But Kristen Noel Crawley, whose lip masks and star shaped eye masks you may recognise from, well, everywhere, has managed to do it with ease. From starting out as a beauty writer and jewellery designer to now being the founder and CEO of KNC Beauty, Crawley is a master of creating products you didn’t know you needed until you had them. On top of running a business she has also recently launched the KNC School of Beauty for Black Female Entrepreneurs to help boost the opportunities and education for young black women within the beauty industry.
