Everything You Need To Know About Nicola Peltz Beckham’s Beauty Routine
From the highlighter she wore on her wedding day to the hair serum she cannot live without.
Never has there been more interest in Nicola Peltz–or Nicola Peltz Beckham as she’s now known. She might be an heiress–she’s the youngest daughter of billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz and former model Claudia Heffner–but Peltz has been carving out an acting career for herself since her teens. You may remember her from Deck The Halls in 2006, Transformers: Age of Extinction in 2014 and she will soon make her screenwriting and directorial debut in Lola James, an indie movie in which she will also star, that spotlights 19-year old Lola and her bid to escape her toxic home life with her younger brother Arlo.
In 2017 Peltz bumped into Brooklyn Beckham at Coachella but it wasn’t until 2019 that the pair were first linked romantically. The pair made it Instagram official in January of 2020.
Flash forward to 2022 (countless Instagram posts and PDAs later) and they’re newlyweds. Peltz and Beckham married in April at her father’s sprawling Palm Beach estate in Florida. Peltz was swathed in Valentino Haute Couture, while Beckham wore custom Dior by Kim Jones. As for the beauty factor? Scroll on down:
Nicola Peltz Beckham’s Bridal Hair And Makeup
When it came to Peltz’s bridal makeup, seasoned pro and long-standing friend of the bride, Kate Lee was in charge. “Nicola and I decided on a very fresh natural look, barely-there but with a few interesting details that popped under the veil,” she said. “I am always inspired by Nicola’s natural beauty, so the intention was to amplify it and accentuate her natural features whilst adding a few modern, not so traditional details.” Essential to Peltz’s wedding look, says Kate, was Chanel’s Baume Essentiel Multi-Use Glow Stick in Pearlescent and Chanel’s Inimitable Waterproof Mascara in Noir.
The Cleanser
In a video for Vogue, Peltz makes her way through a number of her go-to beauty heroes and Bioderma’s Sensibio H2O Micellar Water gets its 15 minutes of fame. Peltz dips a flat liner brush in the cleansing formula and uses it to sharpen up her eyeliner. “I dip it in and go around the edges,” she says of what she dubs, “my favourite make-up remover, it’s just so gentle.”
The Eye Masks
“My favourite eye patches,” says Peltz of the 111Skin Celestial Black Diamond Eye Masks. They’re made with hydrating hyaluronic acid and retinol and work hard to plump and firm the delicate skin around your eyes. According to Peltz, they work even better if you put them in the fridge.
The Serum
When your mother-in-law owns her own beauty brand of as high a calibre as Victoria Beckham Beauty, you’re pretty much sorted in the skincare and makeup department. In her video Peltz cites Victoria Beckham Beauty’s Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum–buy it as part of Victoria Beckham Beauty’s Power Sleep Set–as a go-to buy. “This stuff is insane,” she says.
“[Victoria] has the best skin.”
The Moisturiser
Peltz hit the ground running with an expensive serum, so it makes sense to level up in the moisturiser department. Enter: cult-classic Augustinus Bader’s The Cream. This bad boy is packed with lipids, antioxidants, amino acids and of course all the biological wisdom of Augustinus Bader himself.
The Concealers
NARS’s Soft Matte Complete Concealer is Nicola’s favourite. Its lightweight formula sits flush against uneven skin and doesn’t cake in animated areas of your face like your eye area. Peltz applies hers with a soft, flat blending brush. Next up is Clé de Peau Beauté’s Radiant Corrector, an easy-to-blend stick concealer that offers more coverage than its silky texture lets on.
The Blush
“This is my favourite blush ever,” says Peltz of Chantecaille’s Cheek Gelée Blush. You get serious pigment pay-off with this buy–a little goes a long way. Simply blend it across the tops of your cheeks with your fingers and across the bridge of your nose too if you’re after a natural-looking flush. Peltz’s favourite shade is Happy.
The Hair Serum
Nicola’s favourite hair stylist is Adir Abergel–a pro famed for tending to the lengths of A-listers like Kristen Stewart, Anne Hathaway and Saoirse Ronan. He was Peltz’s bridal hair stylist on the big day too. He took inspiration from the supermodels of the 90s for the bombshell-worthy wedding look, and likely used one of the bride’s favourite hair products to achieve it. Enter: Virtue’s Healing Oil, “an extremely lightweight, non-greasy formula,” according to Adir. “When I’m looking for a beautiful, shiny finish, this is my go-to.”
