For the Critics Choice Celebration of Latino Cinema & TV last year, Ortega’s hair look was a perfectly undone updo. The soft caramel brunette helps to highlight the softness of this look, as well as compliments the makeup choice. The hairstyle itself radiates effortless, with a few pieces of hair left to drape naturally at the front, framing Ortega’s stunning features.

Channelling her signature tousled bangs look, Ortega opted for a slightly sleeker (yet still voluminous) hair moment for the 2023 Golden Globes. Speaking to Byrdie, Ortega’s hairstylist, David Stanwell, explains he achieved the look using velcro curlers to maintain volume and hold shape.

A look that’s somewhat rare on Ortega – The side part! On a Wednesday press day, Ortega’s hair was swept to the side, with glossy locks the feature. The colour reflects a hint of auburn, without abandoning the dark brunette tones Ortega does so well.  If we didn’t already believe side parts were making a comeback, now we’re convinced!

The classic half-up half-down hairstyle is always a winner, especially when you’re Jenna Ortega! In a look for her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel, Ortega’s hair is half pulled back leaving silky tresses to fall  softly with a subtle curl on the ends.
