We pulled up to the Pullman Auckland hotel and found a surprise: the doorman arranged to valet our car free of charge (as part of our spa visit), and added extra time in case we wanted to stay for post-treatment swim or sauna (sure!). The good vibes continued at the spa, where our consultant gave us the rundown on the facial we chose, which included products from VOYA, an organic, seaweed-based line from Ireland (there are Sodashi treatments, too). But we promptly forgot all of this once she started, because of the massages. Plural. Multiple products were layered and worked into our skin, and there was a body brush and massage element, which almost sent us off to sleep. Bliss.
