I’m a fan of any product that doubles as a cosmetic and a treatment. Eye of Horus’ famous Bio Lip Elixir ($38) has been repackaged into cleaner, greener BPA-free and recyclable packaging. This nourishing, plumping formula – packed with nine natural butters and oils including argan, jojoba and moringa oils – brings life to lips and provides the perfect amount of colour and shine for a natural look. The beauty of this product is its versatility: wear it as a natural lip look by itself, or a stunning high-gloss finish on top of your favourite lipstick. No stickiness or tacky texture here! You can even dab a little on your cheeks and eyes for a youthful, dewy look. Oh, and the best part? It’s 100 per cent natural and 100 per cent vegan. – Eleanor Pendleton, Founder & Editor-In-Chief

I’ve been paid to write about beauty products for five years now and during that time I’ve heard so. many. people. sing the praises of Alpha-H Liquid Gold ($59.95) but until this year, hadn’t tried it myself. However, when my skin went haywire at the start of isolation (a classic case of iso-skin) I incorporated Liquid Gold into my evening routine, three times per week. Now, six(ish) weeks later, my skin is looking a million times better. This glycolic acid-based exfoliator does a top notch job of dissolving cells on the skin’s surface to unclog pores and treat breakouts. I could go on and on and on but I’ll stop there. Just try it already! – Erin Cook, Beauty Director

L’Officine Universelle Buly Lait Virginal Mexican Tuberose Body Milk ($71) is a true luxury. For those who aren’t familiar, the French Apothecary brand began in the 18th Century and is still using its ancient home recipes today. Think body oils, luxury milks and toothpastes, soaps and scented stones. This milk is perfect for your post Sunday bath moment. I just use a pea size amount and massage, almost imagining I am emerging from a luxury Parisian bathtub. It’s super lightweight, hydrating and all the ingredients are natural. And the illustrated packaging? Heavy drool. It’s just as desirable as the milk itself. One to keep out on your vanity. – Amie Jones, Art Director

There are mascaras and then there is Dior’s Diorshow Iconic Overcurl Mascara ($56). For me, this product just nails it. There’s no clumping, no smudging and no fall out and it provides coverage that is second to none. Did someone say thick, full lashes? Because that’s exactly what the Overcurl mascara delivers. I have tried a few different mascaras recently with varying results. Needless to say, this one is head and shoulders above the rest. A big tick from me. – Sue Hoffman, Brand Partnerships Manager

To say my hair has a mind of its own is a gross understatement. These strands are hard to wrangle at the best of times, let alone when winter is right around the corner. Cue: Evo’s The Great Hydrator Moisture Mask ($34). This lightweight yet nourishing mask is the perfect addition to your current hair care routine. I used mine every time I washed my hair (two to three times a week) after shampoo and before my regular conditioner. Results you can expect include smoother, shinier and more hydrated hair and a lasting scent for your troubles. The Great Hydrator, you have earned yourself a permanent place in my shower. – Rose Garnett, Beauty Assistant

After the smoothest serum of all time? Look no further than the Elizabeth Arden Advanced Ceramide Capsules ($140/60 capsules). Gliding onto my skin like I’d imagine melted butter would, these golden capsules of goodness left my skin feeling velvety soft with a youthful glow. The capsules are also great as they provide the perfect amount of serum every single time, making sure you get every last drop and don’t waste any product. I like to apply it in the morning and find that the anti-ageing ceramide technology leaves me looking plump and radiant, ready to take on my day. – Eliza Hynd, Head Of Partnerships
