With its airy design and dreamy vistas, the Balinese bungalow of Lindy Klim (creative director of Milk & Co. and soon-to-launch clothing label RAMA by Lindy) and fiancée Adam Ellis makes for the perfect family oasis.

Located off the beaten track and surrounded by lush green rice fields, Klim’s breezy Balinese villa is the stuff that expat’s dreams are made of. Having lived on the island for the past four years, Klim was confident this bungalow ticked all the boxes during her recent search for a more functional and private family home.

“We used to live in Echo Beach but over the years the area has become increasingly busy with tourists so we were looking for a new house somewhere quieter,” she explains.

“I feel like it’s a good compromise between a family home and mature, luxury living,” adds Klim.
