Where to start? It’s Crown, so you already know it’s high-end (this was reportedly the most expensive hotel built in Australia), but the spa is something else. Behind the lavish foyer, this blue and white oasis has 13 treatment rooms offering exclusive La Prairie and Subtle Energies face and body services (the heated massage tables are a nice touch). There is also a dedicated “Aqua Retreat” area, separated for men and women, with gold and platinum-tiled vitality pools (plonk yourself down and let the jets soothe your muscles pre-treatment), a therapeutic rain shower, and a Roman-bath inspired steam room. It’s luxury to the nth degree.
